Detective Conan: One-eyed Flashback, the 28th film in the Detective Conan franchise, continued its strong performance at the Japanese box office, staying at #2 in its seventh weekend. The film sold 242,000 tickets for 346,376,500 yen (approximately US$2.4 million) from Friday to Sunday, bringing its total ticket sales to 9.21 million and its cumulative gross to 13,322,638,700 yen (approximately US$92.48 million).

In its first three days, the film earned 3,438,626,700 yen (approximately US$24.15 million) and sold 2,314,690 tickets, setting a new opening-weekend record for the franchise. The film opened on April 18 and is screening in IMAX, MX4D, 4DX, and Dolby Cinema formats in addition to regular screenings. King Gnu performed the theme song "Twilight!!!".
