Cygames' TV Anime "Necronomico and the Cosmic Horror Show" Unveils New Cast Members, Premiere Date, and Opening/Ending Themes

The official website for Cygames' original TV anime Necronomico and the Cosmic Horror Show has revealed additional cast members, the key visual, main promotional video, and premiere date for the anime. The anime will air on Tokyo MX, U-NEXT, and Anime Hōdai streaming services starting July 1 at 11:30 PM JST.

Necronomico and the Cosmic Horror Show will star Manaka Iwami as the princess Cthulhu, Kazuyuki Okitsu as the cruel producer Hastur, Katsuyuki Konishi as Ghatanothoa, and Ayasa Itō as Gua, the deity of flames.

The anime's opening theme song "Kakushō-ron" (Theory of Confirmation) is performed by VTuber Ryushen, while the ending theme song "PANDORA feat. Noa (from Colorful Peach)" is performed by Vell.

The story centers on Miko Kurono, also known as "Necronomico," who starts doing her dream job as a live streamer after graduating from junior high school. Miko spends her days with her childhood friend Mayu Mayusaka and rival Kanna Kagurazaka. One day, they receive an offer to try a new virtual reality (VR) game that will change their lives.

The anime will premiere on July 1 at 11:30 PM JST and will also stream on U-NEXT and Anime Hōdai.
